ACTIVATION:
Twenty-five doctor’s offices created to simulate and practice the rep/physician
dialogue: complete content development, scenic and graphic design, props, set-up and
complete fabrication…pipe and drape need not apply!
OUTCOME:
Practice made reps perfectly comfortable within these simulated offices.
Bypassing a cold, sterile environment and using existing brand elements, ACTIVATE custom
built a suite of medical spaces to enable reps to demonstrate their strengths, address
areas of concern, and hone skills.

ACTIVATION:
A dynamic team-building practice to kick off an annual business meeting:
a ballroom transformed into a large work area for reps to construct a 12’ x 16’ puzzle,
fabrication of the giant puzzle, a meeting warm-up exercise that engaged and built team
collaboration
OUTCOME:
ACTIVATE was challenged to create an activity that got sales reps out
of their seats and working as a team. Before leaving their chairs, the reps were to reach
under them and locate a single piece of the puzzle, which was the concept of the new
campaign. Nearly 100 reps worked together to assemble the puzzle in about 20 minutes.

ACTIVATION:
An interactive, lead-generation system that allowed Honeywell to connect
with customers at Heli-Expo 2015 and also drove traffic to key channel partners at the
exhibit
OUTCOME:
ACTIVATE delivered a system that helped to personalize Honeywell’s vast
helicopter industry product and service offerings to each unique customer profile. Booth
attendees were greeted by a 90-inch monitor that displayed the burning question, “What’s
Your Mission?” After a quick badge scan, an animated menu allowed guests to select 1
of 7 missions to personalize the content to their job function. Mission-specific quick
screens then highlighted Honeywell’s offerings most relevant to their specialty. With
a single click, a mobile Mission Report generated a summary sent to the attendee’s smart
phone to help further guide the show experience. These Mission Reports also included
a show hall map highlighting partners at the expo where attendees could get additional
information and hands-on interaction with Honeywell products and applications. Attendee
data were captured and delivered to Honeywell to help generate enhanced customer profiles
and drive strategy during follow-up.

ACTIVATION:
Advanced skills training housed on a single platform that delivers training content and resources in an academic setting to field force representatives. Tactical training delivered through a cohesive and concise user experience.
OUTCOME:
The University Platform was originally developed to satisfy a single need to train a group of highly skilled oncology pharmaceutical representatives on a newly launched product.
The ask was to keep it efficient and clear. The academic environment spoke to the advanced skills of the user group, all the while delivering the most robust training experience that technology would allow through a web based application that was accessed on the representative’s iPad.
The University Platform was built on a robust CMS system where fresh content was administered in real time. Based on weekly assessments and reporting, the trainers had the ability to analyze the gaps within the training curriculum. The real-time analysis allowed for quick adjustment, and updates to the learning.
We designed entire platform to be scalable, not only to different brands across our client’s enterprise but also built with technology to integrate to legacy platforms like Learning Management Systems, Meeting Applications and Outlook Calendars.
