This 1-day investor experience began as guests were treated to a delicious
breakfast prior to an intimate brand financial overview. Q & As, dialogue, and further
discussions moved the day along. After sampling more fine foods during lunch, investors
were treated to the ultimate crescendo as the WORLD of CONAGRA was revealed. As lights
ballyhooed and music swelled, star chefs at multiple stations were in motion, creating
unforgettable smells and samplings of the world’s best recipes. Our audience was well
satiated with information as well as fine culinary ingredients.

ACTIVATION:
A memorable after-hours event to welcome guests in town for the Society
of Thoracic Surgeons Annual Meeting; event design, site selection, staging, production,
and event management
OUTCOME:
Edwards Lifesciences wanted to build on the success of the previous year’s
event while raising the bar to a new level. The challenge was to compel attendees with
already busy schedules to attend. Enter the renowned and stately San Francisco City Hall,
which provided an intriguing draw and a beautiful canvas that exuded the leadership,
strength, and stature befitting our client. The hall was beautifully transformed for
the evening and became an extension of the Edwards brand, with dramatic lighting that
made the rotunda breathtaking. High-powered speakers, including Raymond Kurzweil and
session moderator Larry King, headlined the event, and a panel discussion reaffirmed
the company’s commitment to innovation. Surrounded by industry leaders, Edwards Lifesciences
shared a memorable evening and opened the door to relationships to move their business
and innovation forward.

The design, creation, and production of the perfect experiential environment
with attendee awareness and education
OUTCOME:
Our design of soft, sweeping curves defined a space graced with lighting
details that represented the water element used within the SoftVue bed. This extension
of the SoftVue branding reinforced the commitment to improved imaging methods that assist
medical professionals to better define and diagnose breast disease. This “better patient
experience” captivated audiences, as the promise of comfort was at the heart of this
innovative, advanced ultrasound offering.
